The Seminole Maiden basketball team blasted their way into the UIL Regional Tournament Thursday when they beat the Clint Mountain View Lobos 77-38 in a UIL Area Championship game played at Van Horn.
Both teams had earned the same UIL Bi-District trophy on Tuesday but Seminole was coming off the tougher opponent. The Lobos were clearly overmatched from the opening tip in all phases of the game.
