Frank was born on September 30, 1936, in Knott to Willie Summerfield Shaw and Angeline Peterson Shaw. He was raised with the proud title of being a triplet. Franklin, Delano, and Roosevelt were born in their parent’s home. Growing up in a farming community, the love for family, land, animals, and hard work was deeply rooted in Frank. In 1956, Frank married his first wife, Mildred Tatum. They had four children: Cynthia, Summerfield, Helaine, and Bryan. Frank was a civil servant at Webb Air Force Base in his younger years – working first in the commissary and later on the flight line. But his passion was farming. Frank would later marry Starlie Odean Bryant. He loved her three sons, Don, Chris, and Stephen, as his own. Frank was known for his generosity. He was always ready and willing to give his friends and neighbors help anytime the need arose. Frank accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 15. He was a member of South Seminole Baptist Church of Seminole.

Frank is survived by his wife Starlie, his sister Joann Peugh, his brother Roosevelt Shaw and wife Patsy, his daughter Helaine Hamline and husband Philip, his sons Bryan Shaw and wife Dana, Don Bryant and wife Donna, Chris Bryant and wife Twyla, Stephen Bryant and wife Sherrie; and his grandchildren, Dallas Hopper, Starr Reis, Aaron Shaw, Morgan Shaw, David Hamline, Daniel Hamline, Andrew Hamline, Noah Hamline, Garrett Shaw, Leah Shaw, Amanda Bryant, KC Bryant, Megan Goetz, and Shayla Bryant; and several great-grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by daughter Cindy, his son Summer, his parents Willie and Angeline Shaw, his brothers Marlin Shaw, Gene Shaw, Larry Shaw, Verl Shaw, Summer Lee Shaw, Delano Shaw, and Ronald Shaw, his sisters Rhodell Kirby, and Nelda Tobias.

The family would like to thank University Village Memory Care facility in Round Rock, Texas for the care, compassion, and support they showed Frank.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to South Seminole Baptist Church of Seminole, Texas.
