In preparation for celebrating the Fourth of July on Monday, Seminole attorneys Marlin D. Carter and Paul Mansur shared the reading of the Declaration of Independence at noon on Friday, July 1, on the steps of the Gaines County Courthouse. Carter said that reading the Declaration of Independence is something the TCDLA (Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer Association) has been doing for several years. …
