An Employee at MPAL Tests Positive for COVID-19

Seminole Hospital District posted a message on social media Wednesday, August 26, informing the public that an employee at Memorial Place Assisted Living tested positive for COVID-19. According to the post, the facility has been following Governor Abbot’s orders related to COVID-19 infection control.

Memorial Place Assisted Living will work closely with Texas Health and Human Services and the health department and will monitor all residents and staff closely, as well as keep the community informed of any developments. Due to the positive case, the facility’s Phase 1 Visitation will be delayed.
