Graveside services for Dale Earl, age 90 of Seminole were held Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Gaines County Memorial Cemetery with Jhett Norman officiating. All services were under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole.

Mr. Earl was born November 25, 1929 in Cyril, Oklahoma to Fannie (Webb) and Carver Earl. He was employed in the oilfield for many years. Dale was a volunteer with the Seminole Volunteer Fire Department for 26 years. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean Conflict. Dale was honored by the Seminole Chamber of Commerce as the Oilman of the Year in 1982. He loved horses and guns. Dale dearly loved his grandkids and great-grandkids; he was a loyal friend.

Dale Earl passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at Memorial Health Care Center in Seminole.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Drenda and one sister, Vaudine Combest.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Earl; two daughters, Jowana Norman of Seminole and Kim-et Nelson and husband, Steve of Eldorado; one brother, Don Earl of Seminole; one sister, Doris Davis of Seminole; four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
