The Seminole Indian football team lost to the Greenwood Rangers 50-20 Friday night in the Bi-District round of the UIL playoffs.
Things started out good for the Indians who got the ball first to open the game.
The Tribe picked up a few first downs, marched the ball down the field and then scored when senior quarterback River Powers hit fellow senior Preston Stevenson with a 15-yard pass for the first touchdown of the night. The extra point try was not good but Seminole was up 6-0.
That was to be the last lead that the Indians would have.
