Purchase of Swine Validation Tags for State, GC Shows Due by Sept. 23

To show swine at any major Stock Show or at the 2014 Gaines County Junior Livestock Show, participants must order validation tags, according to a press release from the Gaines County AgriLife Extension Office.
Swine validation tags can be purchased through contacting any Gaines County public school FFA supervisor, or by contacting the Gaines County AgriLife Extension Office by Monday, Sept. 23 by 5 p.m. on that afternoon.
According to AgriLife extension officials, state validation tags will cost $8 each, while Gaines County tags are $3 each. All orders must be paid for at that time of order.
