General Rate Policy
ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISING: The Seminole Sentinel, hereinafter called Publisher, reserves the right to reject or revise all materials submitted for publication. No liquor advertising accepted.

Display Advertising Rates
Open Rate: $5.00 per column inch
2-4 Times: $4.80 per column inch
5-9 Times: $4.60 per column inch

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Publisher assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any advertising matter, nor shall it be held in any way responsible for publication of same. The advertiser agrees to hold harmless Publisher from all manner of suits of claims whatsoever arising out of or from publication of any advertisement on his behalf. Publisher will not be responsible for errors in copy above and beyond the actual value of space occupied by erroneous copy. In the event of errors in prices, Publisher agrees to submit a letter of correction to be posted in the business establishment concerned, but will not be held financially liable for any amount where items were sold at incorrect price. To receive adjustment, errors must be reported to Publisher within 2 days of publication date. Publisher assumes no responsibility for errors on copy submitted after deadlines.

*Loss of Per Time Rate: Earned discounts are not allowed if payment for advertising is not received by the 10th day of the month which follows insertion.
