The Gaines County Sheriff's Office (CID Unit) initiated a criminal investigation in the City of Seagraves after numerous complaints to Sheriff Pipkin from citizens that were victims of theft. After a two week investigation the CID Unit secured theft warrants on two individuals.
Monday, August 18 the Gaines County Sheriff's Office secured a narcotic search and arrest warrant for a residence in the 1700 Block of Avenue E in Seagraves.
With the assistance of the Seminole Police Department, the Gaines County Sheriff's Office served the arrest warrants and search warrant. Deputies located marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property at this residence.
Jeremy Matthew Machuca was served with warrants for theft (over $500 under $1500), theft (over $50 under $500) and criminal trespass. Machuca was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft (over $50 under $500).
Gabriel Lee Soto was charged with theft (over $50 under $500), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chasidee Alexis Machuca was charged with theft (over $50 under $500), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Gaines County Warrant for capias NISI Criminal Trespass.
Shortly after the execution of the search warrant, Gaines County Deputies located Russell Wayne Jones in the 1300 Block Avenue I in Seagraves where he was arrested for theft (over $50 under $500).
All four subjects arrested were tansported to the Gaines County Jail and booked.
